About moving house cleaning

The perfect course also includes mold removal. Sometimes it cannot be completely removed.
Mold on caulking may not be completely removed.

Important Notes
・Please note that we may not be able to remove discoloration or black stains in the bathroom caused by aging or mold that has penetrated the surface over time.

Depending on the severity of the stains, we may recommend using non-natural cleaning agents. ・In such cases, we will always inform you beforehand and request your approval.

・While we strive to ensure there are no oversights or issues during our cleaning process, if you notice anything after the service, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will respond sincerely and promptly.

Coating Service Information
・Areas eligible for coating: Toilet / Wash Basin / Sink / Bathroom Mirror / Bathroom Walls

・After coating is applied, please avoid exposing the treated area to water for at least 3 hours to allow proper curing.
